Why KCL Students Love Living in Camden

Camden is a vibrant borough with a rich artistic history, making it one of the best places for students to live in London. With countless bars, restaurants, music venues, and green spaces like Primrose Hill and Regents Park just a 15-minute walk away, Camden has everything you could need and more.

You're also well-connected to the rest of the city with fast tube and bus connections to must-visit spots in London like Buckingham Palace, The British Museum, and The Natural History Museum, as well as shopping hotspots like Oxford Street and Westfields. Living in Camden means there will never be a shortage of things to do and places to see. If you fancy exploring outside of London, it's just a short journey to cross-country stations like Euston and King's Cross, or go to St Pancras to jump on the Eurostar.

Reviews

  • I've stayed in both the Camden and Kentish Town Stay Clubs for two years in total and, (…), I can honestly say that there is no better place to stay. The stay club didn't just help me to make new friends after moving to a new city but also provided a space that made it feel like home. The installations and common areas are amazing and the staff working in reception is always willing to help you with any issues that might arise during your stay. I've only got a few more months left before I move back to Spain but I'm taking all the unforgettable and unbeatable experiences, memories and friends with me!
